Community Supports
1:1 support to access the community for support with daily tasks such as shopping, appointments, or leisure activities.
Respite
Individual or group respite packages are available for participants to travel to a destination of their choice for a holiday away. Packages vary based on needs, interests and price points that include choice of location, transport options, accommodation style and itinerary of activities available.
Program of supports
Breaking away from the traditional 'day program' model, Infinite Perspectives has recoined the term as an Experience Hub. We have developed a never seen before model where our program operates directly from a completely mobile, accessible and custom-built facility! The program runs over four terms per year and operates under a Program Of Supports model for groups of participants to come together to socialise, develop their skills and explore different locations within the community each day from a mobile and never-seen-before facility.
