Infinite Perspectives is a disability support provider for respite, program of supports and community-based activities. The business is operated as a partnership between two working directors Jess and Rindy who have over 18 years of combined experience within the Community Services Industry and who have spent this time exploring and developing their deep passion for pushing the boundaries and expectations for exceptional quality of care.
Infinite Perspectives was formed with the visualisation of providing NDIS participants across the central coast with a safe space to explore infinite purposeful and creative opportunities to integrate seamlessly as valued and contributing members of their chosen communities.

Purpose
Infinite Perspectives is a completely inclusive and person-centred provider that tailors any supports to the direct needs of each participant to ensure that the quality of services provided to each participant and their families is paramount. The entire purpose of our company is to assist our participants to identify, and actively enjoy theirs.
Culture
Infinite Perspectives has broken away from the "traditional" model of disability supports with the intention to break down barriers relating to perceptions and trends for what is a typical standard of practice within the disability sector. We aim to build a can-do culture and rapport for everyone, including employees and participants and celebrate their unique qualities.
Infinite Perspectives offer NDIS Participants with direct supports within respite, community access and "program of supports" in a creative and inclusive learning environment across a range of ratios for individual and/or group supports. Infinite Perspectives has built a company based on a business structure that incorporates the directors within a support role to ensure that the core values are not only upheld but exceeded on a day-to-day level.
